- Energy Star® is a government-backed program helping businesses and individuals protect the environment through superior energy efficiency.
- U.S. Department of Energy This website has lots of consumer information about energy. There is a special section for kids too!
- Oil Heat America answers all of your oil heat questions.
- The Home Energy SaverTM calculator is designed to help consumers identify the best ways to save energy in their homes, and find the resources to make the savings happen.
- The Alliance to Save Energy promotes energy efficiency worldwide to achieve a healthier economy, a cleaner environment and greater energy security.
- Home Energy Magazine's mission is to disseminate objective and practical information on residential energy efficiency, performance, comfort, and affordability.
- Weatherization Assistance Program Technical Assistance Center This site provides weatherization practitioners and other energy conservation professionals with information related to the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), its on-going operations, and its partnerships with stakeholders.
- The Tax Incentives Assistance Project (TIAP) is sponsored by a coalition of public interest nonprofit groups, government agencies, and other organizations in the energy efficiency field. It is designed to give consumers and businesses information they need to make use of the federal income tax incentives for energy efficient products and technologies passed by Congress as part of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and subsequently amended several times.
